Body Moves is a multidisciplinary clinic staffed by a team of highly qualified, caring therapists who strive to provide high quality professional care.
Whether it is through Physiotherapy, Functional Training, Yoga, or any of our other modalities, our therapists will work together with you to help manage or alleviate pain, assist you in your return to sport or work, manage activities of daily living with greater ease, or simply enjoy the benefits of being fitter, stronger and more flexible.
Our highly qualified Physiotherapists provide a hands on approach to rehabilitation. Initial appointments are 45 minutes and follow up sessions are for half an hour of one-on-one time

Pilates at Body Moves is perfect for people who have had an injury or operation and need to build back strength. It is also excellent for pregnant and post-partum ladies as well as seniors or others with mobility issues.
