Clinical Pilates at Body Moves is conducted by qualified Physiotherapists with a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and biomechanics. It is unique and very different from generic or fitness based Pilates and is designed to find and fix the root cause of an injury, not just the injury itself.
Initial assessments are performed by the Physiotherapist using detailed diagnostic techniques. Treatment techniques are then used in sessions which are individually prescribed by the Physiotherapist and are specific to client needs. Progress is continually monitored.
