PAYMENTS

	Private Clients - Private payment is requested at the time of consultation. We accept cash, cheques, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
	Hicaps – Health Industry Claims and Payment Service Please bring your private health insurance fund card, so we can claim electronically onsite.
	TAC Transport Accident Commission We will bill the TAC directly once you have a claim number. A Doctor’s referral is necessary.
	Work Cover Work related injuries may be directly billed to worker's compensation insurers. A Doctor’s referral is necessary.
	DVA – Department of Veterans Affairs Please bring your gold card and we will bill DVA directly. A Doctor’s referral is necessary.

Cancellation Policy.

Aligned with our policy of being punctual and respectful of your time, please note that appointments at our clinic are made especially for you. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, so that another person can make efficient use of this time. Medical and other genuine unavoidable emergencies are naturally excluded.

If Physiotherapy, Massage or Zero Balancing appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a full non-attendance fee is charged. In the case of group Pilates, a $25 non-attendance fee is charged.
